He spent four years in management roles at Upperlink Limited, including Regional Manager for the company North-Western Region and General Manager Software Development and Deployment Nigeria.
Over the years, he had participated in the development of software for Web, Desktop and Mobile platform using cutting-edge technologies. This cut across: E-commerce platform, University and Colleges academic portal, Community portal, Payroll application and diverse bespoke applications.
His uncanny way of analysing and solving problem lead him to be seconded to Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, Nigeria as a chief software developer on academic portal. At ABU, he was involved in system analysis, development and deployment of Ahmadu Bello University Portal and managed the portal for a three consecutive academic sessions between year 2008 and 2012.
As a software engineering evangelist, he was part of the SCAMPI (Standard Capability Maturity Model Integration) Appraisal team that helped to enforce software development process improvement while at Upperlink Limited.
